Acting Chairman of the Citizenship by Investment Programme in Saint Lucia

Deale Lee is the Acting Chairman of the Citizenship by Investment Programme in Saint Lucia.  He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the West Indies and a LLM Specialising in Banking and Finance Law from the Queen Mary University of London. Mr. Lee has been practising as an Attorney-at-Law for sixteen years. He has served as Legal Counsel of Cricket World Cup Saint Lucia, Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of the National Development Corporation of Saint Lucia and Senior Crown Counsel of the Attorney General’s Chambers. At present, Mr. Lee is an Associate Attorney of the firm of McNamara & Co where he is responsible for the conduct of litigious as well as non-litigious legal matters and drafting of contracts and deeds. Mr. Lee has also served a Finance Planning Manager at HSBC Bank, London and brings a wealth of experience to Saint Lucia’s CIP Programme.
