Simone Williams is Founder and Managing Attorney of Williams Global Law in Washington DC, where she represents international businesses and investors in matters relating to U.S. and global immigration, EB-5 investments, & corporate formation. Simone advises high net worth individuals and multinational companies on all aspects of U.S. immigration law, with a particular emphasis on global investment visa options to acquire temporary residency, permanent residency and foreign citizenship. Simone also assists foreign investors and multinational companies with all aspects of establishing new operations in the U.S. Prior to this role, Simone worked as General Counsel to an EB-5 Regional Center and worked as a Senior Associate at Baker & McKenzie’s Toronto and Washington DC office for eight (8) years.
