Nonsuch Development Company Limited are the developers of the Marina Residences and are the same company that successfully developed the Phase 1 of Nonsuch Bay Resort. The Development Company is owned by the brothers Cameron and Ian Fraser and David Smith. Cameron and Ian immigrated to Antigua and Barbuda in 1967 attending school in Antigua and Scotland.

They were involved in the expansion of Historic Redcliffe Quay, the development of cruise tourism in Antigua while Cameron Managed the Antigua Pier Group Limited. From 2004 to date Cameron has been developing and managing Nonsuch Bay Resort.

Cameron is currently a Director of Antigua Pier Group Limited, Ian is a Director of Key Properties and together with David Smith, are Directors and shareholders of Coconut Beach Club, Cocobay Resort and Nonsuch Development Company Limited.
