Elaine Dezenski

CEO of LumiRisk, LLC. – Moderator – Border Security Panel

Elaine Dezenski is an internationally recognized expert and thought leader in security, risk and compliance. She is the CEO of LumiRisk, LLC, advising international clients on range of issues including financial integrity, anti-corruption, border security, immigration and supply chain risk.

Ms. Dezenski previously served as a senior director at the World Economic Forum where she lead the Forum’s global initiative around anti-corruption and transparency as well as various programs focused on global risks and resilience.

She has also served in senior level political and career positions at the US Department of Homeland Security (2002-2006), including serving as Acting Assistant Secretary for Policy (2005-2006). She was Managing Director of the Global Security Initiative at Interpol; and Senior Vice President at Cross Match Technologies, a leader in biometric applications for border management.

Ms. Dezenski holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Wheaton College, Norton, MA. She serves on the Board of Advisors of the Center on Sanctions and Illicit Finance at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies.
